So, because I am only getting about 3 hours of work a week at my job, I decided it was time to let myself go. So, I quit today with great relief. It just wasn't worth my time, or theirs. Now they will be able to get someone who can better fill their schedule, and I can better use my time. I hope I can still be able to make money from massage. It was the only relief after a really crappy test.
I just so want to be done with school so I can go on vacations with my mom and just be with her a lot more. I miss her. Seems like I've been missing her a lot more lately. I just can't wait for friday when she comes. I have to admit that it was purely selfish of me to buy her a plane ticket, but this ensured she would come. I have been busy with a lot of stuff lately, but I think I have been hit with the senioritis bug. I hope that the conference will be good, but I hear the food is crap, so I will be taking snacks and goodies. Who knows. I do get a clinic day for it. I won't be on peds rotation this week, which makes me sad, but I still enjoy doing echo's. Wish me luck for my test on tuesday. Crossing my fingers...
, Chloe. She is soooo cute with the new baby smell. She was born as you can see with a full head of hair and big bliss cheeks. I am sure that she will have her mommy's blue eyes and I think she looks like her Grandma Niemann. Her older brothers have been so cute with her. They take turns picking out her outfit for the day, and hold her a lot. Also Whitney and Colin have started kindergarten. Colin's teacher is Mrs. Rojo, but he has been calling her Mrs. Hoho. I think it is cute. Patty and Wywy have started preschool and are in the same class together. I think that it is good for them to already have someone to know when they go there. I always enjoyed having Casey in the same school as me when I was growing up. He would always pick me up for the bus. I can't believe how grown up all the kids are getting. I went to Gavin's school last Friday and brought him a kids Happy Meal, and also ate lunch with him. Turns out his Principal was my assistant principal in junior high. I hope he doesn't remember me :( The world is small. I just started my clinical rotation at Sunrise hospital and I am excited to work on some pediatric cases so I can learn so much more.
turn around and go back home. When I got home I hear this big geyser like noise and saw my engine get all smokey. I finally figured out which hose was leaking, so I preceeded to get off the clamps. It was so tough I had to cut the hose off with a steak knife. Never thought about that being a valid car tool but it worked. It was so hot outside. My friend Anna came over and helped me so, we finally get in to go for a spin and I apparently had forgotten to put the radiator cap back on. OOOOOOPS!!! I thought I was being all handy, and I forgot one basic thing, basic but major. So I finally got it home after it started to heat up and realized what was wrong. Thank heavens I am real consciencous about taking care of her, my car is a girl. So, if your reading this Cathy, please don't tell Mom. She was worried enough anyway. That goes for you too Kimmy.
